SHIPPING AND RETURNS
At VAPE CHAMBER we are renowned for our fast shipping and do all our postage through Aus Post. We know how important receiving vape mail is, so that's why we offer the lowest prices guaranteed and:

All orders placed before 11pm NSW time (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched within 48 hours to have your order picked, packed and ready for shipping. Note: Orders received on the weekend or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business weekday.
All parcels shipped include a tracking number this will be emailed when your order is shipped. Please take note, we can not leave specific information for Australia Post as to where to leave your article. The eParcel system generates a default note to leave the parcel in a safe place giving Aus Post the authority to leave your parcel in a secure location of their choosing. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any items that go missing.
Be aware that once an item has been shipped, we hold no responsibility for packages that go missing and/or damaged in transit. We may be able to help on your behalf if there is a dispute of delivery, but we are not obligated to replace an order should Aus Post lose or fail to deliver your package undamaged.
If you did not receive a package that is marked as delivered, it is your responsibility to resolve this issue with Aus post office. Lost, damaged or stolen packages are very frustrating and we will do our best to help you resolve the problem. Please understand though that this is completely beyond our control and does require you contact the post office for assistance.
VAPE CHAMBER are not responsible for mishap or breakage caused to items by Aus Post. We package our orders as best we can to ensure that they arrive in the condition they left our warehouse.
In some cases when a package is returned to us unopened by Aus Post we may be willing to refund the cost of the order itself, however this is at our discretion and does not imply any obligation to do so. In all cases, we will not refund the cost of shipping. Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.

warranty & returns
VAPE CHAMBER will assess all warranty claims to ensure that items are not damaged due to user error. If there are any signs of user damage due to dropping or misuse, this will void the warranty and the product will not be replaced. We perform these checks as the manufacturer will not replace faulty items due to user error.
VAPE CHAMBER does not provide warranty for tanks, cartridges and coils for health and safety reasons as they are considered consumable items . They are designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses - please keep in mind that coils must have adequate e-liquid in the wicking material before firing to ensure the coil doesn't "burn out". A DOA period of 36 hours upon receipt is applicable to these items so please inspect your delivery upon receipt.
- Mods: All mods "90 days" warranty time.
- Tank & Coils: All tanks & Coils have "36 hours DOA" warranty time.
- Chargers: All chargers have "10 day DOA" warranty time.
- Batteries: All rechargeable batteries have "2 days DOA" warranty time.
VAPE CHAMBER does not accept returned e liquids for health and safety reasons,
The warranty period starts once the product has been posted to the purchaser.
This warranty does not cover misuse, deliberate/accidental damage or damages caused by wear and tear.
This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repairs.
This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping.
This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended usage conditions.
This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage caused by improper use of water or other liquids.
For all warranty claims, please use the ‘customer service’ page to get in contact and your case will be examined in a timely manner. We require all faulty items to be sent back to VAPE CHAMBER in original packaging for inspection. Return postage for faulty items is at the expense of the customer. If a replacement is necessary, we will cover postage of the replacement item. If we find no fault with the item or there are signs of damage or misuse, the return postage will be at the customer’s expense.
Change of mind exchange
At VAPE CHAMBER we understand you may have a change of mind on your purchase. We offer a 14 day change of mind exchange from the date of purchase provided the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was sent in.
The customer will need to provide a valid proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for sending the item back and paying for all postage charges.
Exchanges are subject to inspection of item(s) once we receive it. If the item is broken, used or has been opened, no refund will be given. It will then be the customers responsibility to pay for return postage charges.
You may be eligible for a refund on your return postage cost, you must have applied for Refunded Returns through PayPal, and paid for your order entirely via PayPal from an eligible account. To start the process of claiming back the return postage cost, follow the instructions at: https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/returns
PayPal advise on their website that they may provide up to 8 refunds per PayPal account per year for eligible purchases. A cap of $45 per refund request applies.
