ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?

Yes! at VAPE CHAMBER we only sell original products. Our hardware is sourced from well renowned manufacturers around the world and are 100% authentic.


 


DO YOUr E-JUICES contain nicotine?

No! Under Australian Law the sale of nicotine is prohibited. While it is illegal to sell nicotine, according to Australian Federal law it is legal to import up to three months’ worth of nicotine for personal use.


Do your products have Warranty?

Some of our products do, others do not. Please have a look at our shipping and returns page for further details on warranty. While it is illegal to sell nicotine, according to Australian Federal law it is legal to import up to three months’ worth of nicotine for personal use.

 


Before you return anything, please email us at support@vapechamber.com.au and explain the fault (please provide a picture/video if possible). You will need to return the item (in its original packaging) for us to assess and we will advise of the outcome. Return postage for faulty items is at the expense of the customer. If a replacement is necessary, we will cover postage of the replacement item. If we find no fault with the item or there are signs of damage or misuse, the return postage will be at the customers expense.

when will my order be shipped?


It may sound simple, though you may not have turned it on properly. Most mods/batteries require you to click the power button 6 times very quickly to turn on and off. It is best to check the instruction manual of your specific mod/battery. If this doesnít work, please contact us to trouble shoot further.

MY E-JUICE TASTES BURNT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Change your coil! Be sure to prime your coils and break them in to ensure they last longer. Every time you use a new coil, you need to 'prime' it. This is the act of soaking your coil in liquid, which will help preserve the life of the coil and ensure it doesn't burn out prematurely. To prime the coil, simply drop 2-3 drops of e-liquid directly down the centre of the coil, fill the tank all the way to the top and let it soak into the cotton for 15-20 minutes before usage.


We work out of a warehouse and we are unable to offer pickups. Every order needs to placed online then we post your order with Australia Post! We do however, offer free postage Australia wide for orders over $130.
